This policy explains how WhatsAuto Pro handles account, customer, and automation data across demo and live provider workflows.
What we collect
- Account information such as your name, email address, and workspace details.
- Workspace data you create in the product, including customers, reply rules, broadcasts, logs, and settings.
- Operational telemetry needed to secure the service, troubleshoot issues, and prevent abuse.
How we use your data
- To authenticate your account and provide access to your workspace.
- To process automations, billing events, provider webhooks, and other product actions you initiate.
- To improve reliability, investigate incidents, and communicate important service updates.
Data sharing
- We do not sell your workspace data.
- We share data only with infrastructure and payment providers required to operate the product, such as Supabase, Vercel, Twilio, Meta, and Razorpay when you enable those integrations.
- We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the security and integrity of the service.
Retention and deletion
- Workspace data is retained while your account remains active or as needed for legitimate operational and legal purposes.
- You can request deletion of your account and associated workspace data by contacting support.
- Backups and audit records may persist for a limited retention period after deletion requests.
Security
- We use authentication, row-level database security, server-side validation, and provider signature verification where applicable.
- No system can guarantee absolute security, so you are responsible for protecting your credentials and limiting access to trusted team members.
