Service scope

  • WhatsAuto Pro provides software tools for customer messaging automation, customer management, analytics, and billing workflows.
  • Some features depend on third-party providers such as Supabase, Twilio, Meta, and Razorpay. Their uptime and policy decisions may affect service availability.

Accounts and responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must protect your credentials and notify support if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

  • You may not use the service to send spam, abusive content, unlawful communications, or messages that violate provider rules.
  • You may not attempt to bypass billing, rate limits, authentication, or security controls.

Billing

  • Paid plans renew according to the subscription terms shown at checkout unless canceled or changed by the workspace owner.
  • Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. Refunds, disputes, and failed payments may be governed by their policies and applicable law.

Availability and liability

  • We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
