Service scope
- WhatsAuto Pro provides software tools for customer messaging automation, customer management, analytics, and billing workflows.
- Some features depend on third-party providers such as Supabase, Twilio, Meta, and Razorpay. Their uptime and policy decisions may affect service availability.
Accounts and responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must protect your credentials and notify support if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
- You may not use the service to send spam, abusive content, unlawful communications, or messages that violate provider rules.
- You may not attempt to bypass billing, rate limits, authentication, or security controls.
Billing
- Paid plans renew according to the subscription terms shown at checkout unless canceled or changed by the workspace owner.
- Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. Refunds, disputes, and failed payments may be governed by their policies and applicable law.
Availability and liability
- We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
